Implementation of multi-million-dollar project portfolio in Africa. Revised the Procurement Rules, Procurement Manuals and Standard Bidding Documents. Training and guidance: carried out more than 60 workshops involving about 1500 experts. Procurement audit and post procurement review to ascertain compliance and conformity with the stipulated procedures.
