Prepared with Panel of Experts Taking over procedures of Al-Fateh Tower Project of Khartoum.
Prepared tender documents and invited tenders for the design of a new commercial tower in Khartoum. Evaluated tenders and negotiated agreement details with the successor.
Discussed Investment opportunities in Sudan with the Sudanese authorities and selected lands for the best development for Libyan Investors.
Negotiated with the Sudanese authorities agriculture development in Sudan and prepared a study for the best use of the farms owned by LAFICO in Sudan.

Libyan Arab Foreign Investment Co. Ltd - LAFICO, oversees the construction of Al-Fateh Tower Project, a 120 Million Euro project that comprise of a 5-Star Hotel of 240 rooms, conference center, sports & health center, shopping center, commercial center, and a multi story car park; prepares for a construction of a commercial tower in Khartoum; and starting an agricultural project in its owned 300 farms.

Arab Union Contracting Company is the biggest construction company in Libya. Constructing all types of buildings and infrastructure including residential villages. The company constructed its own real estate investment (Al-Fateh Tower of Tripoli), which is the highest building in the city. The Company also owns production lines for construction material like cement, ready mixed concrete, wooden doors and windows, pre-stressed beams, aggregates, and terrazzo tiles.
